Illinois Voter Registration Application

This application is to be filed by any resident of Illinois who wishes to register to vote. Check all the basic requirements specified in the application to get started. Also, the instructions are written in simple English for easy comprehension, thus avoiding common mistakes.

State of Alabama Mail-in Voter Registration Form

As a resident of the state of Alabama, this is the mail-in form to register. This form is also used if you are no longer residing in your previous residence, and want to update your voter registration record. There are several documents and other requirements for you to comply with prior to registering and voting. Make sure you bring all necessary documents to your polling place or by absentee ballot.

Alabama Application for Absentee Ballot

This application is for use only by individuals voting pursuant to the Uniformed And Overseas Citizens Absentee Voting Act. Providing information is necessary in order to verify the eligibility of the voter. This 2-page form must be read first by the voter before completing and submitting accordingly. A witness may also need to sign on this form as well.

Alabama Application for Emergency Absentee Ballot

This application is for use by the voter who is eligible to vote in the election the following elections: Primary, Presidential Preference Primary, General election, Primary Runoff, or Special election. Providing information is necessary in order to verify the eligibility of the voter.

On this form, the voter justifies the reason for not voting at the assigned voting place on Election Day. The justification is supported by the Report for Medical Emergency prepared by a physician certifying the circumstances surrounding the emergency. This 2-page form must be read first by the voter before completing and submitting accordingly. A witness may also need to sign on this form as well.

Alabama Application for Municipal Absentee Ballot

This application is for use by the voter who is eligible to vote in the following elections: Municipal, Runoff election, Special Municipal election. Providing information is necessary in order to verify the eligibility of the voter. This 2-page form must be read first by the voter before completing and submitting accordingly. A witness may also need to sign on this form as well.

Alabama Uocava Absentee Ballot

This application is for use only by individuals voting pursuant to the Uniformed And Overseas Citizens Absentee Voting Act. Providing information is necessary in order to verify the eligibility of the voter to vote. This 2-page form must be read first by the voter before completing and submitting accordingly. The witness needs to sign on this form if voter signs by mark.

Alaska Voter Registration Application

This application must be completed by an Alaska resident who is at least 18 years of age or will be 18-years-old within 90-days of completing this application. For more information and identification requirements, refer to the back of the form. Read the instructions thoroughly before completing and faxing, mailing or emailing it to one of the appropriate offices listed in the form (last page).

Federal Write-in Absentee Ballot (FWAB)

Don’t worry if you do not receive your requested standardized absentee ballot from your state at least 30-days prior to election day. The Federal Write-in Absentee Ballot (FWAB) is your emergency backup ballot. Fill out and complete the form here. Once completed, download and print the form to bring with you when voting. Maryland Voter Registration Application

Before using this form, make sure you are eligible in terms of your residency and your age (Maryland, and at least 16 years of age, respectively). If all of these requirements are met, you can register to vote in federal, state, county, and municipal elections in Maryland. After signing and completing this form, mail it to your nearest county board of elections. It must be mailed (not faxed or e-mailed), as it requires your original signature.

State of Alabama Postcard Voter Registration Form

This is applicable to U.S. citizens only. This form is used to register in the state of Alabama and update a voter registration record in case there is a change of address. A voter must meet all of the qualifications in order to register to vote in Alabama.
